0844 Queue Setup

Below you can choose how to configure your 0844 number.  There are many options available to tailor your number to your business needs.

REDIRECTS 

These are the numbers we deliver your calls to. If there is no answer on your 1st choice number the system will automatically try your 2nd and 3rd choices in succession. You can redirect to any UK landline starting 01 or 02. You must allocate at least a 1st choice number for the service to work! 2nd and 3rd choices are optional. The delivery method determines in what order we dial out to your numbers. A sequential delivery method ensures that your redirects are dialled one after the other, whereas the load balance attempts to balance the amount of calls recieved across the three numbers, excellent if you are working in a call center enviroment and wish to spread workload evenly.

Here you put the 1st landline number (begining with 01 or 02) you wish your 0844 phone number to redirect to.
 
Here you put the 2nd landline phone number (begining with 01 or 02) you wish your 0844 phone number to redirect to. (optional)
 
Here you put the 3rd landline number (begining with 01 or 02) you wish your 0844 phone number to redirect to (optional).

Each call will be answered with:- "Thank you for your call, we are attempting to transfer you to the first available..." and then you choose the final part of this message from the drop down box above. (for custom introduction contact us)
 
Tick the box for Caller screening function :
Select this option if you have automated services on your line which may answer the call. This can include an answer machine, BT answer 1571, fax machine, modem or voicemail system. When you answer the call we will prompt you for a response.
 
Announce position function:
When your lines are busy or un-answered we stack/queue your calls. If you leave this box un-checked the caller will hear your selection of on-hold music and a message asking them to please hold, they will not hear their current position in the queue.

You can set the opening hours for your queue to match your office opening hours. While the queue is "closed" your callers are played an out of hours announcement, you will not receive any calls . Please fill in your monday - sunday opening hours above.
 
Whilst trying to connect your call we will play the caller on-hold music which projects a professional image. You may select the style of music from the list above.
